Khadim Gift Service ships to all major cities in Pakistan, using our own delivery staff or trusted partner courier services. We offer a range of shipping options designed to meet your needs and ensure your gifts arrive on time.
Delivery Options
Standard Free Delivery Timing
Our standard free delivery service will deliver your gifts by 10:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST). Deliveries will occur anytime during the standard delivery hours of 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM PST.
Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi for orders placed before 1:00 PM PST. If you place your order before the cut-off time, we will ensure delivery by 10:30 PM PST on the same day.
Time-Specific or Midnight Delivery
If you wish to have your gift delivered at a specific time (e.g., midnight or lunchtime), you can select the time-specific or midnight delivery option where available in the selected cities. Please note that extra charges will apply for these services.
Delivery Timing on Special Occasions
During special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Eid, and others, time-specific deliveries may not be possible. Our delivery hours on these days are typically between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Delivery Details
For standard free delivery, your gift will be delivered anytime between 12:00 PM and 9:30 PM PST, as outlined on the front page of our website. If you order before 1:00 PM PST, we will deliver your gift by 10:30 PM PST the same day.
Time-specific deliveries are available if you notify us 24 hours in advance. Additional delivery charges will apply. In the rare case of a delay of more than 30 minutes, only the delivery charges will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or delays with suppliers. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within the agreed time frame, but please understand that delays may occur in exceptional cases.
Delivery on Holidays & Events
On special events and holidays (such as Eid, New Year, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), our standard delivery hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. During these periods, time-specific and midnight delivery services will not be available. Please contact our customer service team for any queries or updates during this time.
Our Sunday office hours are from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Same-Day, Day-Specific & Hour-Specific Delivery
Same-day, day-specific, and hour-specific delivery services are available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM PST. If you place an order after this time, please contact us to confirm whether same-day delivery is still possible. Additional delivery charges may apply for orders placed after 2:00 PM PST.
Delivery to Other Cities
For delivery outside the main cities, we offer courier delivery services for non-perishable gifts such as perfumes, clothes, wallets, dry fruits, chocolates, and artificial flowers. These items will be delivered within 5 to 7 days after your order. The delivery date cannot be fixed in advance, and additional delivery charges will apply for this service.
Troubles in Delivery
If there are issues with the recipient’s contact number (e.g., invalid or non-working numbers) or an incomplete address, your order may be delayed or wasted, particularly if the items are perishable. In many areas, house numbers and street addresses may not be clearly marked or sequential. Therefore, providing a valid and working contact number is crucial for ensuring timely delivery.
If the city or area selected on our website differs from the actual delivery address, Khadim Gift Service will not be held responsible for non-delivery or refund requests.
